About the event
The Force Is Female
January Rituals Retreat Day
A day to slow down, reconnect with yourself and welcome the year ahead with intention.
Begin the new year feeling nourished, grounded and inspired at The Force Is Female, a cosy, nurturing retreat day created to bring women together in a beautiful setting.
Take a little time away from the noise of everyday life to reconnect with yourself, reflect on what you want to invite into the year ahead, and enjoy the magic of being in a supportive space with other women.
Through movement, intention-setting, a sharing circle, sound healing and creative crafts, we’ll create space for reflection, connection and a little everyday magic. With a nourishing lunch, a beautiful setting and plenty of time to simply be, this is your invitation to pause, reset and begin the year feeling more connected to yourself.
